Why not reset your mind and body with yoga?

Lava stone hot yoga studio “Amida” is located on the 5th floor of the mall.
Participation fee is free! On Sunday mornings, we will be holding a yoga event that anyone can enjoy on an outdoor terrace where you can feel the signs of autumn!
We will implement a program that not only members but also beginners can participate in.
We welcome those who are trying yoga for the first time, as well as individuals, couples, and children.
