A sweeping view of the Tokyo scenery
from a height of 99 m above ground

The Telecom Center Observation Deck is a corridor-style observation deck located on the uppermost 21st floor of the Telecom Center.
From the observation deck located 99 m above ground, you can view the unique Odaiba scenery, including the Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Sky Tree, Shinjuku urban center, and Shinagawa Wharf.

It is not located in a crowded area, making it a hidden gem where you can relax and enjoy the scenery at your own pace.
Take in the Tokyo scenery with freely available binoculars.

This night view is certified as a Night View Heritage of Japan

The night view from the Telecom Center Observation Deck is certified as a Night View Heritage of Japan.
Towards the central Tokyo area, you can see a beautiful urban night view superimposed with buildings.
In the opposite direction towards Aomi Wharf, you will see large containers being maneuvered by massive cranes, so you can enjoy a night view that differs from the city atmosphere.
